Designing for Play: Selkirk Sport's Immersive Retail Experience

Working with family-owned Selkirk Sport to create their first retail store was about balancing innovation with warmth. We designed a space where concrete floors and metal displays meet natural wood elements and pops of their signature red. Each fixture was crafted to showcase their products while making customers feel at home in the Selkirk world.

The store's highlight is undoubtedly the testing court, where shopping becomes playing. Since opening in April 2025, it's evolved beyond retail into a true community space where Boise's pickleball enthusiasts connect with the brand they love. It's retail design that brings people together through shared passion for the game.
