JOOLA needed a flagship retail destination that would function as both a brand experience center and efficient sales space. Lotus United designed and built a comprehensive 2,800 SF headquarters location featuring custom paddle wall systems, 10-foot SFL fixture displays, illuminated overhead court lines, and integrated community engagement spaces.

The design balanced merchandising flexibility across apparel, equipment, and accessories while creating Instagram-worthy brand moments through strategic graphics, yellow accent detailing, and sport-inspired spatial design. The result became the blueprint for future JOOLA locations, successfully launching as a destination that drives commerce, community participation, and authentic brand representation.
